Plus, I’m not sure the state-protected oligopoly known as “inspections” can really catch much.
I’d be all in favor of a standard safety inspection, but for now I’m fine assessing my own risk.

Yeah the time I failed for a bad wiper blade leaves a bid of a bad taste in my mouth to state inspections.

The Spanish one is quite efficient and through, they take a lot of crap cans out of the roads, I hope the new Mexico City inspection also does that too but my expectations are low enough that even if they only kicked the tyres to check they have air would surpass my expectations
